Do you know which imaginal animals walk by your side
and represent your talents and challenges? These
companions keep us connected to our instinctual self
from which much of the juiciness of life is derived.
We can many learn many things from native American peoples about our connection to our mother, the earth.
If we honor and respect our animal brothers and sisters
as well as all of nature, we honor ourselves.

The medicine walks are walks out in nature where we
learn to receive and recognize messages from our surroundings.
